The Company Wuhu Yidaili Travel Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “The Company”, “we”) respects and protects the privacy of all users of the Services, and will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, we will treat such information with a high degree of care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose or provide such information to third parties without your prior consent. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to our Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. 

I. What information we collect from you?

1. We only collect information that is necessary to achieve the functionality of our products in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity. 

The personal registration information you provide at our request when you register for an account with us, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Mobile Internet Application Information Services.

Information on your browser and computer that we automatically receive and record when you use our APP client service, or visit our website (www.xiehouit.com), including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of access, information on hardware and software characteristics and records of web pages you request; 

Personal data obtained by us from our business partners through legitimate means.

We may collect this information in order to help you make better use of our products or services. 

2. You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this privacy policy.

Keyword information that you enter when using the services provided by us; 

Data collected by us about information you post on the service platforms provided by us; 

any violation of the law or of our rules and the measures we have taken against you. 

II. How the Company uses your information?

1. Use of information

(1) The Company will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, or such third party (including affiliates) to provide services to you, either individually or jointly, without your permission, and after the end of such services, it will be prohibited from accessing the information including those that previously had access to. (1) Please keep your user name and password information secure as our accounts are protected by security features. We will ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered through security measures such as encryption of your password. Notwithstanding the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network. 

(2) When using our online services for online transactions, it is inevitable that you will disclose your personal information, such as contact details or postal address, to the counter-part or potential counter-part. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, in particular your username and password, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

When the account is cancelled or deleted, all service information and data related to the account under the individual service will be deleted or disposed of in accordance with the service agreement of the individual service. 

Changing the scope of your authorised consent 

(1) You always have the option to choose whether or not to disclose information. Some information is necessary to use our services, but most other information is provided at your discretion. You may change the extent to which you authorise us to continue collecting information or withdraw your authorisation by deleting the information, turning off the functionality of your device, etc. 

(2) When you withdraw your authorisation, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services for which you have withdrawn your authorisation and will no longer process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorisation will not affect the processing of information previously carried out on the basis of your authorisation.
